Backside printing allows converters to print instructions, logos, diagrams and other information on the back of a pressure-sensitive laminate. It serves as a simple and direct way to communicate a message to the end user.
Rexam Release's new POLY SLIK EBS FINE-PRINT™ release liner provides dimensional stability and print receptivity on the back of the liner similar to uncoated paper. The liner is designed to accommodate flexographic and screen printing methods with standard water-based, solvent-based, and UV inks commonly used on paper. It is also able to withstand the high temperatures associated with laser printing.
The liner provides a readily printable surface for flexo, screen and laser printing and avoids ink offset due to silicone transfer.
