AR 870 is designed for leak sealing in concrete structures. Hydrophilic in nature, it is used for crack injection, water stop, water control in tunneling operations, elevator pits, below grade vaults, walls, pits, floors, and more.

(PRWEB) - Prime Resins is proud to introduce our latest product, AR 870. AR 870 is a multi-component system developed using an advanced non toxic aqueous solution of multifunctional acrylate and methacrylate monomers.

The components include the AR 870 resin, TEA, SP and water. The monomers are reacted in the presence of water and the previously listed additives to produce various elastomeric gel consistencies. In wet, or dry conditions, the weight of gel increases, or decreases, in a reversible manner.

Advantages are plentiful with AR 870. It swells in presence of water, penetrates easily into cracks and joints, has a very low viscosity, is suitable for sealing leaks in concrete structures, provides great adhesion with concrete, provides the option for variable set times over hydrophilic polyurethane gels, is easy to clean up with simple soap and water method, is not flammable or explosive, and operates in the same equipment as acrylamide grouts.
