The company's Syringe Filling System offers a cost-effective method of transferring material with precision and safety. The system repackages material from a large cartridge or reservoir to smaller, more manageable syringe packages. It is suitable for companies looking to reduce costs by packaging their own material.

With the Syringe Filling System, material transfer is quick and easy. First, an operator loads a full cartridge into the retainer assembly and secures it using the universal cartridge cap. Attached to the universal cartridge cap is a 90° adapter, into which an empty plastic syringe can be screwed on tightly. A piston is then moved into position. Using a foot pedal, an operator creates air pressure, which moves the piston forward, forcing material out of the cartridge and into the syringe.

The operator continues to pump the foot pedal until the syringe is filled with the desired amount of material.

The complete system is available in 6, 12, 20, and 32 oz. capacities and includes sample cartridge components.
