Accumetric, LLC was founded in 1970 in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, and quickly became the premier manufacturer and custom packager of silicone and various other adhesives, lubricants and compounds.

The company manufactures or purchases product in bulk from major domestic and foreign suppliers and packages these various products into cartridges, tubes, bottles, cans and other smaller containers. The packaged products are private labeled or sold nationally and internationally through numerous wholesale distributors under the BOSS® brand name. The distributors market these adhesives, sealants and lubricants primarily to the construction, industrial MRO, HVAC, RV and manufactured housing, building materials, automotive after market, pool and spa, electrical, and electronics industries.

The company operates in four business segments: Accumetric, LLC branded product, marketed under the BOSS® brand name; private labeling/custom packaging; contract packaging; and the manufacturing of high-performance silicone sealants, lubricants and latex products specially formulated to meet the unique requirements of the markets served.
