260 Series Disposable Static Mixers for Cartridge Applications

The 260 Series Spiral Mixers feature standard bell connection. This type of mixer is used on most two component cartridges. Typical applications include mixing epoxies, urethanes, acrylics and polyesters with the larger 100 to 750 ml dual cartridges.

The Spiral "Knife Edged" Mixers were developed for mixing adhesives and sealants. These mixers consist of a series of left and right hand helixes, the ends of which are knife edged. This patented feature provides a more streamlined geometry. Consider these advantages:

Two styles are offered: Standard Bell and Integral Nut. The standard bell is attached to a cartridge with a retaining nut. Two different size nuts are available. The integral nut mixers have a molded interior thread and a retaining nut is not required. This style threads directly onto TAH Plus Cartridges that have a 7/8" x 9 outlet thread.
