3M Canada Company/Adhesives Division

3M Canada Company was established in 1951 as one of 3M's first international subsidiaries.

Our head office is in London, Ontario. Manufacturing is carried on there, and at seven other plants distributed among Brockville, Havelock, Perth and Toronto, Ontario; and Morden, Manitoba.

Sales offices are located in major cities across the country and customers are supported by a national service network.

We export more than 75 per cent of what we make to the U.S and other 3M subsidiaries in about 30 other countries, primarily Europe, South and Central America, and the Far East.

Hundreds of millions of dollars have been invested to build, upgrade and expand manufacturing facilities. These investments result in great measure from 3M Canada's global reputation for competitive unit cost, world class quality, on-time and reliable delivery, and meeting customer needs.

Innovation is a key ingredient of 3M's continued growth. Product research and development is important throughout the 3M world and has been carried out at 3M Canada since the beginning, with emphasis on development of unique Canadian products for sale at home and abroad.

But behind it all is a long-time dedication to customers, defined by a total quality process that unites all 3Mers as they go about the task of determining customer expectations - then exceeding them.
