Aqueous Resin

HYDROTAC 2010 is an aqueous, solvent-free resin dispersion that is based upon aliphatic/aromatic hydrocarbon. The resin was designed with the high mechanical stability required for the stress encountered in modern coating machines, especially slot die systems. It was formulated to wet the silicone release liner at low viscosity while running on reverse gravure type coating heads at speeds in excess of 200 m/minute. It can be used as a tackifier reinforcer for polymeric materials and is well suited for use in 2-ethyl hexyl acrylic systems.
