Chem-Calk® FCB is a one-component urethane sealant that cures in reaction with moisture to perform as a multipurpose high performance seal. Chem-Calk FCB sealant has been specifically formulated to provide superior adhesion to James Hardie Fiber Cement Board products. Furthermore, its inherent adhesion capabilities to many building materials allows it to be used as a transitional seal to other surfaces such as wood, select vinyls, and metals; and to the Hardiplank.
