- Larger blade than is possible in a dual shaft design.
- Blade covers a greater batch area.
- Lower rpm reduces vibration and increases bearing and seal life and reliability.
- Fewer internal parts and less obstruction allows faster and easier cleaning.
- Various impeller and mixer blade designs are available to suit any product.
- Symmetric, concentric construction of both dispersers and mixers provides continuous, balanced loading on the whole system.
- With all shafts mounted centrally, the head had more unobstructed area for connections.
Tank Top Style
- Modular design with fewer, but larger, parts simplifies manufacture, assembly, shipping, installation and service.
- Top access with unrestricted space for selecting, replacing or upgrading v-belts or chain drives.
