The DC 400/500 Disc Conveyor is designed with minimum contact plastic discs to transport panels with glue on the bottom surface from the glue spreader to the layup table, without disturbing the glue.

Welded steel frame

5-1/2 inch (140 mm) diameter plastic discs

Plated shafts with sealed ball bearings

Galvanized water tray with drain valve

Gravity feed roller shafts

Optional powerized discs with variable speed controls

Optional caster kit

Optional stainless steel discs

Sized for customer requirements
