Flexane castable liquid urethane compounds cure to form both flexible and rigid rubber parts for a variety of OEM applications
Flexane castable liquid urethane compounds cure to form both flexible and rigid rubber parts for a variety of OEM applications. These room temperature curing, nonshrinking urethanes will not change shape while curing and can be used to make precision molds that faithfully reproduce fine detail. They also provide a convenient way to pour and mold cast rubber replacement parts that have been discontinued.

Flexane 80 Liquid is a two component, medium-viscosity (10,000 cps) urethane compound that cures to a semi-rigid (Hardness Shore A 87) rubber material that will return to its original shape after 650% elongation. It is ideal for making rugged, flexible molds, forming dies, cast parts, nonscratching holding fixtures, and abrasion- and noise-resistant linings, as well as for encapsulating parts. Flexane 80 pours easily and has a 10 hour demolding time.

Flexane 94 Liquid is a faster curing Flexane that produces more rigid molds. With a demolding time of 5 hours, it is designed for applications requiring quick cure times, such as emergency replacement parts or repairs. Flexane 94's rigid rubber consistency makes it ideal for OEM parts, molds, and nonscratching holding fixtures

Used in conjunction with Flexane 80, Flex-Add flexibilizer precisely adjusts the hardness of the cured urethane, allowing the user to produce cast rubber molds that meet specific durometer requirements and to create lower durometer, more flexible molds for easier demolding.

Flexane primers are formulated for high-performance bonding of all Flexane products. They provide maximum adhesion of Flexane compounds to metals, concrete, rubber, wood, fiberglass, and Flexane itself.

Flexane 80 and Flexane 94 liquids are available in 1 lb. and 10 lb. containers.
