Flexane urethane compounds from Devcon are designed for a variety of rubber repair and maintenance applications
Flexane urethane compounds from Devcon are designed for a variety of rubber repair and maintenance applications. Available in both liquid and putty formulations, Flexane products are a reliable, cost-effective method for repairing worn rubber equipment and hydraulic press pads; lining equipment surfaces to reduce noise; providing a protective coating in extremely abrasive environments; and sealing cracked surfaces with a smooth, waterproof coating. Their toughened formulation provides outstanding tear resistance and exceptional adhesion to a variety of substrates.

Flexane 80 Putty is a trowelable, 100% solids, tear-resistant urethane compound used to line and repair process equipment exposed to impact, abrasion, vibration, expansion, and contraction. This easy-to-mix putty trowels on smoothly and cures to a tough medium-hard rubber (Hardness Shore A 87). It functions effectively over a broad temperature spectrum with service temperatures to 180 degrees F in dry environments and 120 degrees F in wet environments.

Flexane High-Performance Putty provides durable urethane surfacing for the most aggressive environments. It cures to a tough (tear strength 400 pli), resilient rubber compound (Hardness Shore A 78) and provides maximum protection against wear due to abrasion, gouging, and impact.

Ideal for protecting hoppers, chutes, pump impellers, feeder bowls and fans, Flexane Brushable compound can be applied at a thickness of 50 mils in one application.

The Flexane Belt Repair Kit is a ready-to-use, off the shelf solution for making fast, permanent emergency maintenance repairs to damaged conveyor belts. It can be used with a variety of materials, providing durable bonding and repairs to metals, concrete, rubber, wood and fiberglass.

Flexane Primers maximize the adhesion and performance of all Flexane Rubber Repair products. Flexane Accelerator further shortens the cure time of all Flexane Putties, even in temperatures as low as 32 degrees F (0 degrees C).
