Fluid Dispensing Valve

Model TS5000 rotary microvalve is a self-contained fluid-dispensing valve that deposits shots down to 0.01 in. in diameter at rates of 5 or more per second. For continuous bead dispensing, fluid widths can range from 0.01 to 0.05 in. at rates of up to 4-in. per second. The valve is suited for use with fluid materials from medium (50k to 100k cps) to heavy (100k to 400k cps, up to 90% metal and 10% binder flux) viscosities.
