Foam gasketing/sealing service mixes and dispenses two component polyurethane gasket materials directly onto the surface of component parts and subassemblies. The foam-in-place (FIP) gasket technology adheres to paperboard, plastic, aluminum alloy, mild or galvanized steel, wood and powder coat painted surfaces. The gasketing, Foamseal, resists dilute acids, bases and light oils. Other features include:
- Hardness from 20 Shore 00 to 60 Shore A
- UL approved and NEMA 4
- 12 foams available
- Polyurethane foam temperature to 195°F
- Tensile and tear strength to meet most specifications
