- G-2304 is a pre-catalyzed cross-linkable vinyl copolymer emulsion designed for high quality woodworking. Forms water resistant bonds. This product meets CSA 0112,8 M 1977 Type II Standard.
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:

Viscosity 2700 - 2800 cPs
Solids 49 + 1%
Specific Gravity: 1.10 ± 0.01

SUGGESTED USES:
- Finger jointing, assembly, lamination, G-2304 can be cold pressed, hot pressed or high frequency cured.
OPERATING CONDITIONS:
- Application: Squeeze bottle, roller, trowel, air gun, mechanical roller, automatic dowelling machine.
Assembly time:
- Open: 0 - 5 minutes
Closed: 0 - 7 minutes
Press Time: 30 minutes @ 50 - 150 PSI/ 2-3 minutes @ 300EF/ 149EC
Machining: Light to moderate machining 60 minutes after press time.
SHELF LIFE:
- Adhesive should be consumed within three (3) months.
PRECAUTIONS:
- Keep container closed. Avoid contamination. Rotate adhesive stock. Prevent from freezing.
