- G-2467 is a cross-linkable vinyl copolymer emulsion designed for finger jointing, lamination, etc. Meets CSA0112.8M 1977 type II standard when used in conjunction with G-1678 catalyst.
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:
- Appearance: White liquid
Viscosity: 3000 - 3300 cps
(Brookfield 20rpm, spindle 4, 25 ºC)
Solids: 44 ± 1%
Specific Gravity: 1.08 g/cm3
pH: 5.0 - 6.0
Freeze thaw stability: Stable
SUGGESTED USE:
- Can be used with standard applicator for finger jointing.
MIXTURE:
- G-2467 can be used with or without catalyst. 5% by
weight of G-1678 can be added to increase water resistance.
PRECAUTIONS:
- Do not mix with other adhesives . Rotate adhesive stock.G-2467 must be used within six (6) months.
