Gelling Agents

The MIN-U-GEL 400 product is a hydrous magnesium aluminum silicate with gelling and rheological properties for thickening and stabilizing aqueous and solvent solutions. It typically features 10.7 wt. % free moisture at 220°F and an average dry particle size of 4.2µm. It's pH is 9.7 and it leaves 0.005% residue on a 325 mesh screen in a wet test. Specific gravity is typically 2.4.
