Gear Type Metering Systems For Moderate Viscosity Resins
For non-abrasive materials with viscosity from 300 to 50,000 cps or more with heat. Uses gear pumps and chain drive. Ratio range is 1:1 to 6:1. Fixed ratio is easily changed by changing drive sprockets.
One, two or five gallon reservoirs on Overhead Reservoir Goo Grinder.

Five gallon reservoirs on Submerged Goo Grinder may be replaced by full pails or refilled through four inch filling port. 20 cc per revolution at 1:1 ratio. Output is two to three quarts per minute, less with very thick materials. Optional static mixers, air drive, and heaters.
