H10X™ PTFE Lead Screw Coating Developed By Helix Linear Is The Most Durable Dry Coating Available

Helix H10X™PTFE Coating Brings Longer Life and Durability to Lead Screws

Beachwood, OH (PRWEB) - Helix Linear Technologies, a global leader in lead screw and linear actuator manufacturing, introduces a new dry coating for lead screws called Helix H10X™. The Helix H10X dry coating gives lead screws even longer life and durability.

Helix H10X extends nut life by eight to ten times, as proven by our internal wear testing and customer application testing. Helix H10X also adds an additional five to six points to screw efficiency. This new coating is low friction – the coefficient of friction is reduced to .08 static, and .09 dynamic.

“Helix H10X offers customers a high performance solution to lead screw lubrication,” said Christopher M. Nook, CEO of Helix Linear Technologies. “Helix H10X is a cost effective solution for lead screw lubrication in ‘clean’ and long-life applications.”

Helix H10X coating is not susceptible to flaking or chipping, and is less likely to be damaged during straightening or handling. While use of other greases is not necessary, Helix H10X will not react when it comes into contact with other lubricants, nor does it form a paste or lose its adhesion. Visible appearance of this dry coating provides tangible evidence that it is effective.
