Helix H10X™PTFE Coating Brings Longer Life and Durability to Lead Screws

Beachwood, OH (PRWEB) - Helix Linear Technologies, a global leader in lead screw and linear actuator manufacturing, introduces a new dry coating for lead screws called Helix H10X™. The Helix H10X dry coating gives lead screws even longer life and durability.

Helix H10X extends nut life by eight to ten times, as proven by our internal wear testing and customer application testing. Helix H10X also adds an additional five to six points to screw efficiency. This new coating is low friction – the coefficient of friction is reduced to .08 static, and .09 dynamic.
