The PK/PKE103 UV Curing Conveyor Systems use high intensity UV/visible light sources for fast curing of adhesives, coatings and encapsulants.
The PK/PKE103 UV Curing Conveyor Systems use high intensity UV/visible light sources for fast curing of adhesives, coatings and encapsulants. The conveyors are available with two flood light sources which supply high radiant energy to achieve addition depth of cure.

These systems provide high intensity cures for a variety of bonding, potting, sealing, tacking and encapsulating applications. The design of the conveyor systems readily accommodates parts up to four inches tall (six inches in customized models). The modular reflector housings of focused lamps are positioned with their lamp axis perpendicular to belt direction to illuminate its entire width. Lamps with different spectral output distributions can be used with the conveyors to match different curing chemistries and applications.

The UV lamps in the systems use two 400 watt power supplies. Designed and developed for and exceptionally high level of operational reliability and versatility, it can be used worldwide and is highly tolerant of power variation. Peak efficiency is maintained without need for adjustment for input power between 90 and 264V ac and 47 to 63 Hz.
