High Intensity Spot UV Light Source

The Model PK101 spot UV curing system features a high intensity light source with a flexible light guide. The flexible light guide transmits energy efficiently and gives the users maximum control for precision UV curing even in hard to reach areas. The unit's internal shutter controls the curing exposure time by means of a manual foot pedal control or via easy push button timer controls located on the face of the unit. The control of curing time and distance from the light guide to the work piece allows for rapid cures of UV materials such as adhesives, sealant, and coatings, as well as potting material and encapsulants.

This efficient and versatile unit delivers UV- "A" range UV light (320-390 nm wavelength). The bulb's light is prefocused through the light guide to deliver a high intensity illumination up to 3/8 inch diameter and delivering an intensity of 500 nM/cm². The 100-watt light source is warranted for 500 hours. The unit is suitable for lab or plant.

To increase productivity, the PK101 UV light source can be used with a bench type XYZ system.
