Laboratory Dispersator produces consistently repeatable dispersions through a newly designed digital speed controller which provides improved motor performance. This high-performance, high-speed unit ensures constant mixing speed regardless of product changes in viscosity, temperature or other variables. The dispersator breaks up agglomerates, reduces particle size, over-comes surface forces and speeds up chemical reactions involving insoluble materials.

Standard features include a 1 HP open universal motor with improved low-end torque, a heavy-duty base, column and bracket arrangement, and a variety of mixing heads and sizes. In addition, the new controller package features involve controlled speed ramping, expanded low speed capacity down to approx. 500 rpm with accurate control, large L.E.D. speed and percent load readout, and automatic return to low speed in the event of communication loss with the speed sensor.
A standard for any laboratory or pilot plant set-up, the unit is easy to clean, durable, lightweight and portable.
