The Maxi line of self-contained horizontal bead mills for laboratory applications consists of 0.5, 1, and 2-liter models. The mills are suitable for use with steel, glass, alumina, or zirconium beads from 0.5 to 3mm. They accept laboratory samples from 500 mls to 5 liters or small scale batches from 5 to 50 liters. Tip speeds range to 15 meters/second with motor speeds from 2 to 5 HP.
