The company's industrial mixing and dispersion blades are precision-fabricated on advanced, computer-controlled equipment. Only high-grade, heavy-gauge type 304 stainless steel is used to ensure long life and dependable performance. These heavy-duty blades can handle even the toughest applications, minimizing costly down-time for specific operations. Most styles are available with a tungsten-carbide hard coating for high-wear applications. All blades are also available in type 316 stainless steel at an additional cost.

Type 1 Standard Blades
The most popular blade for paint dispersion work. Also used extensively in clay processing, paper coatings and ink manufacturing. Rugged, efficient design has proven suitable for thousands of applications. Balances high-shear dispersion with pumping action. Stock sizes from 1 in. up.

Type 2 High-Vane Blades
High pumping action. Mixes an entire batch with minimal shear and heat-build-up. Popular in the mixing and letdown of coatings. Available in sizes from 2 in. up.

Type 3 Blades
Offers a combination of high shear along with excellent batch movement. Excels in high viscosity and high solids batches. Available in sizes from 2 in. up.

Type 4 Blades
Aggressive tooth design works well on ceramics and difficult to deagglomerate materials. Available in sizes from 2 in. up.

Type 5 Pick Blades
Suitable for cutting in or shredding rubber, wax and other soft materials that tend to gum up on impellers. Unique design features a knife (or pick) extending out from the blade, alternating with vertical teeth. Available in sizes from 2 in. up.

Type 6 Rectangular Tooth Blades
Another popular all-around blade for high-speed dispersion applications, with a rectangular tooth pattern. Available in sizes from 2 in. up.
