The kneading effect of the new INOUE Kneader is maximized by the powerful shear force generated by the two superbly engineered mixing blades. Blades can be arranged tangentially (super high viscosity), overlapping (adjusting/diluting high viscosity materials) or, in special cases, in an overlapping/ differential arrangement. Blades come in four distinct styles: the Sigma Blade (mainly used in an overlapping configuration for printing inks, chocolate, carbon pitch etc.); the Masticator Blade in tangential configuration (for rubber, iron oxide, magnetic coating agents, etc.); the "Z" Blade (for kneading resins in which pigments have been dispersed): and the Double Naben Blade (for cellulose materials.) Blades will be recommended and selected for optimum customer satisfaction. Cored blades and the trough jacket (both optional) permit cooling and heating.
Material transfer is easy. Kneader can be operated under vacuum/decomposition conditions for low temperature boiling, defoaming and dehydration if the machine is equipped with a vacuum trough cover and mechanical seal both of which are optional. A host of finely engineered mechanisms and measuring instruments are available as options as well. Kneaders come in two styles: the Press and the Standard.
