KOR LOK GT 42-3053 is an intermediate- and high-temperature setting emulsion adhesive.
KOR LOK GT 42-3053 is an intermediate- and high-temperature setting emulsion adhesive. The fast setting properties of this adhesive can significantly reduce cure cycles on RF or hot press equipment resulting in increased production rates. It can also be cold pressed.
It is used for veneering panels, edge-gluing solid lumber cores and laminating. It is formulated to have superior sandability and a more rigid glue line for curved plywood applications. It is a modification of 42-3036 formulated for faster setting in RF edge gluing applications.

- Color: Light brown
- Viscosity: Approx. 4,200 cps
- Weight/Gallon: Approx. 8.9 lbs.
- Freeze/Thaw Stability: Fair. Protect from freezing.
- Thinner: Water (5% maximum)
- pH: Approx. 3.6
- Storage: Stable for approx. 3 months from date of manufacture (at 70°F). Maximum stability attained if stored between 40° to 60°F. Viscosity increases with time in storage. Containers dated for easy determination of storage life.
- Precautions: Keep adhesive covered to prevent drying out and contamination. Do no mix with other adhesives.
