Krayden Rolls Out The 3145 RTV Silicone Adhesive From Dow Corning

Denver, CO – Krayden, Inc., a leading distributor of engineered materials, introduces Dow Corning's 3145 RTV Silicone Adhesive. The adhesive is available in gray or clear, and is ideal for sealing openings in modules or around electrical wires and leads.

Dow Corning 3145 RTV is mechanically stable for circuit components used in the assembly of PWBs. Additionally, the non-flowing adhesive features high tensile strength with elongation, peel and lap shear values.

DC 3145 RTV provides long-term protection and maintains its electrical properties when bonding and sealing, making it versatile for many uses in the electronics industry. The one-part silicone adhesive/sealant features a UV indicator for automated inspection and is used in mil spec applications. Additionally, 3145 RTV is MIL-A-46146, has dielectric properties, and adheres to a range of materials including aluminum, ceramic and plastic.
