Manual Dispensing Guns

SyringeGuns are low cost, high quality, manual guns which dispense materials from standard single or two-part syringe barrels in an easy, portable and controlled fashion. Syringes of various capacities and diameters can be accommodated with ease.

The products are applicable where it is not possible to use pressure-driven dispensing systems, for example in the field or where a large number of units are required within a production facility.

The syringe is simply inserted in the top of the unit's body in the appropriate slots, and the material dispensed simply by operating a trigger. Removal of the cartridge is equally easy by means of pushing up a release lever which frees the plunger and therefore the cartridge.

IDM803060 and IDM803000 SyringeGuns are designed for single cartridges and are ideal for dispensing adhesives, solder pastes, sealants, caulks, greases, lubricants, inks and colourants. They accept a variety of 30ml, 55ml and 60ml, and 30ml and 55ml barrels respectively.

IDM805050 SyringeGun is designed for twin cartridges and allows for two-component materials from both split cylinder and joined cylinder cartridges to be dispensed from the same dispenser. It is ideal for epoxies, acrylics, silicones, urethanes, polysulfides, reactive foams and hybrid reactive compounds. It handles twin 50ml and 75ml cartridges.

The SyringeGuns are safe and hygienic, reducing operator contact with the materials being dispensed. They fit comfortably into the hand for use over long periods of time and minimum risk of repetitive strain injury.
