The CFS HD-S line consists of high-dispersion, ultrafine classifiers that are used to separate particles of any hardness in the 1 to 50 µm particle size range. Options include stainless steel construction, a ceramic classifier wheel, a hard metal classifier wheel, pressure shock resistance, automated controls, and wear-resistant design. The CFS HD-S 8 unit, for instance, features 1.8 kW/2.5HP of power, 12,000 maximum RPMs, 45 cfm nominal air flow, and weighs approximately 340 kg (750 lbs.).
