Metal Welder Adhesive

DANVERS, MA - Devcon Metal Welder™ is a high-performance methacrylate structural adhesive formulated to bond metals and dissimilar substrates. With superior impact and peel resistance, it provides high strength, durable bonds (tensile shear 2,800 psi) to a wide variety of metals, including aluminum, cold rolled steel and stainless steel, and is also effective bonding metals to plastics and dissimilar substrates, such as ABS, PVC, plexiglass, PMMA, polycarbonate, polyesters, and fiberglass reinforced plastics.

This multi-use structural adhesive requires minimal surface preparation and cures at room temperature in one hour. It produces bonds which are load bearing and resistant to weathering, humidity, temperatures up to 250 F, and thermal shock.

Like all Devcon Adhesives, Metal Welder™ is environmentally friendly. It is fully recyclable and reduces VOC emissions. It is available in 400 ml containers.
