New Self-Adhering QuikStik™ Streamlines Palletizing And Loading

Edge protector stays in place on and in corners to allow for easier wrapping and filling

APPLETON, WI - Laminations®, part of Great Northern Corporation's Specialty Group, has introduced QuikStik™, a self-adhering form of VBoard™ that temporarily sticks where placed to allow for easier stretch wrapping, banding and loading.
The new QuikStik adds a patent-pending adhesive strip to one of the outside or inside legs of VBoard edge protectors. A release liner covering the adhesive peels off quickly using conveniently located tabs to allow for easy placement.
QuikStik adheres to corners long enough to allow pallets to be wrapped or banded. In applications where adhesive on the outside leg is called for, QuikStik adheres to the inside corners of boxes long enough to allow for loading.
QuikStik comes in leg lengths of from 1.5" x 1.5" to 4" x 4" and a variety of calipers. It can be produced in any length, is available in either a clay coat or kraft surface, and can be custom-printed with company logos or messages.
The revolutionary QuikStik streamlines the palletizing, banding and product loading processes, saving time and labor. Like all VBoard products, QuikStik also nests during shipping to save space.
Laminations will officially unveil QuikStik at Pack Expo – Las Vegas, Sept. 26-28, 2005.
