New Submill Basketmill

Submersible basket milling has come of age with the CB Mills Submill. Instead of all the hook-ups and connections needed to run product through a conventional mill, the Submill simply immerses the grinding mechanism into the product being processed. Product is circulated through the grinding basket by a spinning agitator disc and turbine plate strategically located directly under the grinding basket.

The Submill is ideal for use in various applications, such as paint, ink, pigments and dyestuffs, fillers and coatings. The Submill offers many advantages, a single container for pre-dispersing and dispersing, no pump, completely closed operation, no emissions, low energy consumption, easy addition of binders or solvents during process, no bead packing, virtually no screen wear. A viewing porthole and light allows operator to view the milling process.

The Submill is simple, easy to operate, and an absolute workhorse.
