Polyurethane Processing System

The DH Series High Pressure Polyurethane Processing System is designed to meter, mix, and dispense a wide range of two component, flexible or rigid polyurethane foams or elastomers for open pour or core filling applications. Two different systems are available: System I and System II. Both Systems can run a third component quick-change pigment stream.

System I features:
• The Decker RIM Pocket Head
• Low pressure tempering and booster pump loop with stainless steel heat and cool exchangers
• Adjustable output axial piston metering pumps with wet lube seals
• Microprocessor controls with six dispense programs
• Open steel frame with caster wheels (except for DH220)
• High capacity component tanks with gas nucleation for polyol
• Heavy-duty, air cooled hydraulic power package

System II features:
• Closed loop flow controls
• Variable frequency pump drive motors
This allows the operator to digitally set the output rate without wet calibration. The flow controller indicates flow rate in grams per second. Any tendency to deviate from set point is immediately corrected.
