Polyurethane Processing Systems

Two-component polyurethane processing systems include machinery for both high-pressure RIM applications and low-pressure continuous-flow polyurethane processing. Epoxies, polyurethanes, methacrylates, polyesters, silicones and most single or plural component resins can be processed.

The high-pressure systems require no solvent or air for purging. The systems mix two components by impingement at pressures up to 3,500 psi. Ratios are adjustable between 5:1 and 1:5, and the output range is 4 lbs. to 220 lbs. per minute.

The low-pressure systems provide pulse-free material flow at process temperatures to the mix head from 1 gram up to 200 lbs.
