The Q3-6611 primerless silicone adhesive has these properties: flowable; one-part; excellent unprimed adhesion featuring rapid heat cure; provides very strong adhesion and high tensile strength while maintaining flexibility; high service temperature to 200°C (392°F), according to the company.
The adhesive can be used for heat-cure for lid seals where moisture cure or UV cure is prohibitive; adhering ceramic ICs to aluminum base plates; forming channel gaskets, adhering glass structural components together or to metal frames.
