The Robus Ultra Tank Washer is an automated washer for inside cleaning of round and square portable tanks. This explosion-proof system can be used with flammable and non-flammable solvents, caustics, detergents and water. The system boasts environmentally safe operation, emitting minimum vapor. It is available in three sizes, and offers the following features:
- Highly efficient brush assembly for inside cleaning of round and square tanks and totes.
- Solvent vapor treatment system for low emissions.
- Placement platform which raises tank, so operator can clean drain valve and connect solvent return in a safe and comfortable position.
- The solid frame design keeps brush in stable position when cleaning tanks that may not be perfectly round. Robus Ultra is pneumatically powered.
- System can tilt during wash cycle to improve drainage when cleaning tanks with flat bottoms.
- Up to 60% solvent savings compared to manual washing.
- Fully automatic. Typical cycle times are 7 to 10 minutes.
- Closed loop connection to Disti solvent Recovery System.
