Screw-Drive Caulking Gun and Cartridge Loader
The new loader has five times the power of standard pump-type loaders, which makes it suitable for fire-stopping materials, trowel-grade caulking, heavy adhesives and heavy mastics. It eliminates material waste by preventing spillage and contamination, as well as skimming over. Loading time is reduced up to 50% and material savings are up to 30% compared to hand loading methods. A quick release mechanism permits removal of the loader from empty pails in seconds, eliminating any tedious backing out.
The loader fits all caulking guns and cartridges on the market. Models are available to accommodate straight and tapered 5 gallon metal and plastic pails. A steel base plate is provided, which permits the operator to stabilize a pail during loading. Both neoprene and Viton® seals are available.
