Sealant Application Machine

The Everseal Pre-Applied Sealant Application machine applies liquid sealant to threaded valves and fittings to ensure leak-free performance while reducing the chance of operator error and misapplication of sealant.

Designed to operate from a vertical axis rather than a horizontal position, the product uses gravity to feed a consistent bead of sealant without an overflow.

A palm valve activates the system with four oz. of pressure to reduce the risk of repetitive motion injuries. The product allows the user to automate a liquid sealant application with batch processing. Fitting sizes 1/8-in. to two-in. NPT can be accommodated by using custom mandrels.
