The type SP 50/80 washing system is designed for the internal cleaning of square shipping containers (i.e. tote tanks), and/or round vessels, with top manhole or totally open top with bottom outlet
The type SP 50/80 washing system is designed for the internal cleaning of square shipping containers (i.e. tote tanks), and/or round vessels, with top manhole or totally open top with bottom outlet. The system is completely explosion-proof and may be used with either solvent (sp 50) or detergent/water, etc. (SP 80) as the cleaning solutions.
A pneumatically driven spray head is used for positioning the cleaning head. The equipment does not require exact positioning nor manual closing of the tote tank / vessel. A piston type pump provides up to: 50 Bar (750 psi) for the SP50 and 80 Bar (1100 psi) for the SP80. The independent pneumatic drive of the spray head eliminates problems like blocking, non-rotation, and low spray activity common to pressure propelled heads.
