Techcon Systems Launch New Rigid TT Series Dispensing Tips

Techcon Systems is pleased to announce the availability of the new Rigid TT Series Dispensing Tips. The new Rigid tips are designed to provide accurate positioning for automation dispensing applications.

In addition, the opaque color ensures total blockage from UV/visible light. The Rigid TT Series Dispensing Tips are recommended for applications where dispensing medium and high-viscosity fluids with a high degree of precision and consistency is required.

Molded from premium grade Polypropylene resin, the Rigid TT Series tips are compatible with a wide range of dispensing fluids and UV cure adhesives. A smooth internal fluid path design reduces turbulent flow, prevents air entrapment and fluid dripping caused by "back pressure" build-up. The flash-free orifice ensures accurate and repeatable dispensing.

Manufactured in a clean room environment, the Rigid TT series tips are free from Silicon, Chloride and Amide contamination.

The Rigid TT Series Dispensing Tips are available in 7 sizes: 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 25 and the 27-gauge, conveniently packaged in boxes of 50 or available in bulk packages of 1000.
