Films
TechFilm has worked closely with formulators developing different variations of electrically, thermally conductive or insulative epoxy films for demanding applications.

Supported or unsupported films are available in various thicknesses from 2 to 8 mils and up to 16 inches square.

Samples for evaluation are available upon request.

Preforms
TechFilm's experienced staff will work with customers to meet specifications with high quality films, laser or die cut, to any part configuration. Save time, eliminate waste and control processes with the precise platform of choice.

Application and Assembly
TechFilm provides two additional services to assist in production process:

• application of specific epoxy material directly onto supplied parts and returning them ready for assembly
• application of specific epoxy material onto parts and assembling the parts
