The Buschman Company
In 1992, Buschman was purchased by Pinnacle Automation, Inc. and became part of the Pinnacle family, which was comprised of Alvey, Inc./AEC, White Systems, Inc. and Real Time Solutions (RTS). In 2000, Buschman and the other members of Pinnacle Automation joined the FKI Logistex organization. FKI Logistex is comprised of the following companies:

The Buschman Company's West Chester, Ohio facility is now approximately 500,000 square feet spread over three buildings and houses a staff of approximately 900 people comprised of engineers, programmers, software designers, sales, customer service, administrative and manufacturing support personnel. In 1999, Buschman opened a second manufacturing facility in Maysville, Kentucky, which has 50,000 square feet under roof and employs over 100 people.
The Buschman Company is a supplier of material handling systems solutions for all phases of product distribution. This includes retail mass merchandising chains, general merchandise retailers, E-Commerce distribution, grocery chains, pharmaceutical, computer hardware and software companies, auto parts stores, mail order and fulfillment operations, office supply, and specialty retailers. The systems consist of accumulation and gravity conveyors, sortation conveyors, and order fulfillment systems. The systems provide controlled movement of materials and information to meet customer's delivery demands.
Our engineers have the knowledge and experience needed to study and analysis data and develop creative solutions for our customer's material handling requirements. Buschman offers a complete line of pre-engineered products, including case conveyors, high capacity case sorting, induction systems, unit load conveyors, extendible truck loaders and controls. Buschman offers an extensive sales and service network geared to support major systems installations.
In an ever expanding strive for excellence, Buschman began the process of certification for ISO 9001 in the fall of 1998. In July of 1999, we achieved ISO 9001 certification. The ISO certification gives Buschman the ability to meet our customer's requirements by utilizing controlled repeatable processes. Buschman has continued to strive to improve our processes and implementation since receiving our registration status.
As part of continuing customer excellence, The Buschman Company has a service department to help our customer with maintenance and service needs for their systems. The Customer Support department has a 24 hour customer assistance phone number (1-800-992-1267). This service enables the customer to speak, within one hour of the original call, directly with someone who can assess the problem and its urgency and take the appropriate action.
