For meter, mix and dispense systems, TAH offers a complete line of two component dispensing valves. These valves separately port the A and B materials so that they do not meet until they enter the 160 Series disposable static mixer. Clean up simply involves removing / disposing of the mixing nozzle and wiping the manifold face clean. Valve options, include:

400 Autovalve - This pneumatic valve is ideal for most applications, as it can handle low or high flow conditions with minimal maintenance. The A and B shut off pistons come standard with Teflon(superscript: R )front seals, insuring reliability.

450 Autovalve - This pneumatic valve is used where precise dispensing control is required. After each shot, the dual pistons retract and "Snuff Back" material from the end of the mixing nozzle. This feature helps provide a cleaner shut off, which is desired in many robotic applications.

Both the 400 and 450 Autovalves can be used either as a stationary head or a hand held dispenser. For hand held applications, TAH offers the choice of a pneumatic or electric handle.

550 LP Valve - The inexpensive 550 LP Valve is intended for low pressure meter/mix applications. This manual design is ideal for longer dispense cycles, where the valve is left open for larger beads or shots (i.e. RTM casting).
