UV Deep-Cure Encapsulants

The company offers the Eclipse UV-Curable Encapsulants, Potting Compounds, and Adhesives. These products are single-component epoxies and acrylates that polymerize when exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light.

The products feature a patent-pending, deep-cure technology. The products cure in seconds in the most challenging conditions for UV-curable products:

• Shaded areas
• Under and around potted components
• Thickness up to 2 inches
• Fillers, pigments and dyes
• Room temperature with no post cure

The unique technology involves a two-step cure. UV light starts the polymerization, and the company''s unique chemistry finishes the cure. Users save the time and investments associated with the mixing and post curing of conventional encapsulants and potting compounds.
