- Thickness range: from .015" to .420" (densities from 2 to 20 pcf)
- Firmness range: soft to semi-rigid
Fire retardancy: grades AFR and MF are fire-retardant
- Conversion processes: die cutting, waterjet cutting, vacuum forming, compression molding, lamination, and pressure-sensitive coating and printing
- Food contact: A and EO grades meet FDA regulations
- Colors: standard colors are White, Black, Ocean Blue, Charcoal, and Natural; custom colors are available
- Volara is equivalent to Alveolit® in Europe, and Softlon in Japan and Australia
