Wet Ground Calcium Carbonate Filler

Georgia Marble Companys a wet ground, fine particle size calcium carbonate filler. It is widely used in quality flat and gloss paints, enamels, varnishes, caulks, sealants, adhesives, mastics and fine celled foams. Its controlled particle distribution and moisture level characteristics make it suitable for fluid polymer systems where controlled viscosity is needed and higher loadings are required.

This product is used as a filler for BMC/SMC/TMC, pultrusion, transfer molding, wet mat and other compositions commonly known as glass fiber reinforced thermoset polyester compounds. Its usage as a filler also includes polyolefins, urethanes, epoxies, compounds for extruded shapes, compression and injection moldings.
